GiftCards.com, LLC was launched in 1999. In 2003, we purchased the domain name 'GiftCards.com' and focused the site on selling Visa branded Gift Cards. In 2006, GiftCards.com was assumed in a transaction between Direct Response Technologies and Digital River. We service over 5,000 corporate clients, many Fortune 500 clients, and hundreds of thousands of consumers.

MyCoupons®, LLC was originally called CouponsDirect and was launched in 1995. MyCoupons grew to become the largest online couponing community in 1999, and then in 2000 was sold to Save.com, a spin off of Valassis Communications (NASDAQ: VCI) in a 5 year deal. Unfortunately, the market crashed that year, and Save.com eventually went out of business. We were able to get MyCoupons back before Save.com went into bankruptcy. We intend to grow MyCoupons in the coming years to once again gain prominence in the market space.
